  HI ALL NEED HELP ON PC60 WITH FLEXI SIGN 7.5 PRO

  hi i am new to this pc60 haveing upgraded to it from a pcut

  i use flexi sign 7.5 pro

  my problem is this

  i am usuing rolls of vinyl 50m long by 16cm wide

  i have tried to cut all sots today messing with settings

  how ever as this is my first day with it im a bit bewildered

  it will cut a 2cm word i used word help lol

  but if i try to do it 6cm it cuts everything but the top half of the words

  i tried with w web site name and an outline border around it it cut everything again but the top half so far ive done 20 meters or so of mostly boittom half of words

  can any here sugest wat im doing wrong

  When you say PC60 do you mean the old PC60 print and cut machine or is this just a plotter?

  Was flexi working OK with your previous cutter because if it is it is more likely to be a problem with the plotter rather than the software.

  yes works fine before

  basically ive gone to bigger sheet of vinyl now 50cm wide an dit seems to cut most of it now so thats sorted out except i have now got pointed corners lifting upand ruining the graphic ?
