  • Raised Halo Lettering supplier needed please?

    Hi all..

I’m after a bit of help or a possible supplier for ‘Raised Halo Lettering’. I have spoke to a few local suppliers to me and not really having any joy as they all seem to be to busy.

The customer in question does’nt want a light box as they think it looks like a normal takeaway.. Suggestions would be a great help on this. There budget is not the greatest either (which does’nt help).

Greg, I really think you are going to struggle with this one if they are on a tight budget, if you are looking for a halo effect then the letters need to be stainless or something similar to ensure the light shines through the back of the letter which I would think would be out of their price range.
The other ways you could do it is with internally illuminated built up perspex letters where each letter lights up or by using ordinary moulded or built up letters with a trough light or spots.

Try Appletec or William Smith as they both do the lettering.

hi mate, have they got it in there budget to do a fret cut DI bond box, you can then, put stand off letters on a bit closer than normal it would give a similar halo effect without a massive cost.

    cheers
