  what machine can do flat cut lettering edge finishing?

  Evening all,

  Just setting ourselves up to cut our own perspex flat cut lettering – got all the right saw blades and cutting equipment but cant find anything which can polish or smooth the edges easily

  We used to use an old machine which involved a blade with an abrasive on the side of the blade which we could smooth all the edges but unfortunately this was thrown away when our old employer retired

  Does anyone have any idea where we can purchase such a machine or blade which can be fitted into a table saw or something

  Doing it all by hand would take forever

  Sanding and scraping the edges of coloured acrylic is fine, but don’t flame polish colours. It can make the edge go milky.
