• Correx Vs ??

Can anyone advise. Is CORREX the best material to use to make signs from (ie to fix vinyl to to mount externally?)

    TIA

No, it’s great for temporary signage, lightweight advertising & security / for sale signs but not for anything longterm.

It reacts quite badly to UV, going very brittle and cracking after a couple of years.

I’d rate material life / duty:

    Correx
    Foamex
    Gloss or coated foamex
    Acrylic
    Dibond
    Aluminium

Probably the same place you get your correx from. Nearly all plastics suppliers will stock it.
