    Hi

I need to cut 20 x Keyhole shapes out of Europoint’s ForeX
The top half of the shape will be a 450mm circle and the lower part a rectangle.

    Any advice please?

I’m thinking of finding a 450mm circular shape and just cutting round it using a Stanley knife but that seems labour intensive. Is a Jigsaw any good?

if anything a scroll/band saw and a good file afterwards…
if you don’t have one, then jigsaw and file after…
i would cut it in scrap or cheap vinyl… stick it on and cut around it.
you could do this repeatedly or use the first completed one as a template and draw around it…
when doing this sort of thing by hand ide leave a small outline to allow for a better finish. normally when things are cut by hand and then a perfect ,machine cut vinyl graphic is placed on top it exaggerates how rough the hand cut key is…
ide imagine them taking you a fair bit of time… an easy option would be to send a trade company like BRIMARK the file today and they will cnc router them for you in no time… perfect cut job every time and NOT expensive.
