not sure where to post this so sorry mods
i have been asked about the following
acrylic corners these are to protect the edges of plastered walls in a police station apparently the standard edges are bashed all the time by truncheons etc.
they have to be 1.1 metres high with at least 50mm either side pre drilled to fix with at least 3 points either side
does any body have any contacts with anyone who can do this
or know of anything already on the market . not necessarily acrylic
i need 25 to start with.

    thanks

    Derek,
I found this, dont know them, but seems to be what you need.

Or alternative, get some stainless bent at your local metal fabrication shop, it may be a tougher alternative.

Try a plastics stockist or fabricator. (Stockline Plastics?)

You can get PVC 90 degree angle (white only) in various sizes. I’ve used it as corner protection on occasions. Just a bead of Evo "serious stuff" and press into place.

Alternatively, an aluminium extrusion stockist (Righton) and get some 90.

At a push get some polycarbonate (or stainless as suggested) & have a local firm cold bend it.
