  laminator

  We are thinking about buying our first laminator and are getting mixed advice. Is it worth splashing out on heated laminator or just go for a cold manual version

  i think it will depend on what you intend using it for most?

  Mainly for printed graphics on to alupanel, foamex corex.Application tapes
  laminating for vehicle wraps

  much the same as what we use ours for then… i would suggest cold laminator. we have never had any issues with it.
  having hot/cold obviously gives you more scope, if you run a print and sign shop then hot/cold as i beleive them to be of more use for the likes of encapsulation and the like.
