windows, printed stained glass and etched
Hey guys n gals.
As I am not a fan of net curtains,I thought youd might like to see what I did to my front door and hallway.
front door is digital print onto clear vinyl and fitted over obscure glass. Had lots of comments from visitors.

me too love the colour one i have some stick on lead i got it after going over robs demo still havnt used it so might have a go now i am inspired

There was no lead involved in this at all. I saw this stained glass picture on a christmas card, so scanned it, did some photoshop work to add on the number 7 top panel in the same style then printed it, stuck it on. no effort really. You could get down to your church/cathedral and take some pics with a good camera and do the same!

Great idea Cheryl! Both look really good. I have a long narrow glazed panel at the side of my front door and also a narrow panel on the actual door itself. But with the glass being obscure I never thought of doing anything with it ……. How does it look from the outside? Does the obsure effect in the glass distort it much?

I’m planning on doing something similar to our front door but just haven’t been motivated enough. This may help.Ohh yeah, ya 7 is backwards.

It looks lovely at night time with the hallway light on, during the day it is subtle, it comes into its own with the sunlight on one side during the day or the hall way light by night
Lance….The picture is taken from the inside. The seven is in reverse so the postman can see it the right way round!! 🙄 😀
