  can anyone help with problem & XP and Adobe ai CS?

  Please help…….

  Don’t know how to resolve problems with PC’s..

  Illustrator CS is opening up ok, however when I go to "file-new" it doesn’t allow me to create a new document and breaks up [white rectangles] and quits.

  Help appreciated 😀

  All I can think of is to reinstall Illustrator CS or maybe it has a repair option in add and remove programs?

  Thanks Nik……I’ve tried that…….also tried ai10 and still the same problem 🙁

  Did you uninstall it first or just reinstall it?

  uninstall the re-install………Cheers
