Thanks for trying Nick & Dave. If you open the file in notepad it says that it was created in version 11.0.0. But it doesn’t say what program. I’m waiting on the customer telling me what program it was designed on, but I’m not holding my breath.

Tried it in Adobe CS2 – which opens just about anything – nope! It says it’s an unknown format. Although when you look at the properties it says it’s an Adobe Illustrator eps file. Could it have been saved for a MAC?

Marcella, I was wondering that too. Didn’t know whether eps’s were generic between Mac’s and PC’s. If there’s anyone with a Mac reading this, can they please have a go at opening it for me.

    Thanks again all.

I sometimes get this error message when I’ve exported an eps from Sign Wizard. I’ll try to open it at work tomorrow.

Wow – thanks for everyone’s help on this one. I reckon the file must be corrupt. I’ll just have to wait and see how much the customer wants the job done.

    Thanks again one and all.
