I converted my versacamm over to solvent inks very easy. The ink i use is ITL and the prints are better than roland oem. There is more maintenance on the pump and head cleans. I had to fit a extractor to the versacamm due to the fumes. I have been running on them for 2 years now and still not had a head change only replace pump piping

hhmm answered this before but my post has been removed. I use Techinks solvent bulk inks on my roland, and they are heaps cheaper per litre than rolands ink.
been using it over a year, you need to replace the pumps with jv3 units and the associated tubes, apart from that, no probs.
