  human figures ?

  Just creating some visuals for a client and i would really like to put some people next to sign to show the scale of the finished product.

  Does anyone have any vector images of people like you see in architects sketches etc.

  istockphoto has shadow vectors of people, is that what you mean?

  looks like you sorted but for architectural images(CAD) you could try http://cben.net/ On the "people" tab about 10 pages of various poses.
