hi there, how long did you wait until you´ve laminated?
solvent prints should have at least 12hours to "gas" ….
also did you clean the surface you´ve applied the print to properly?
 what did you use?
there are a lot of possible reasons… but check those first…yours jan 🙂

Soapy water is strike one.
Beyond that, there are many other factors to consider and address 🙂
What brand/type of media and laminate are you using?
What about inks, OEM or aftermarket?
 What is the substrate?
How are you preparing the surface of the substrate?
How are you applying the graphics, by hand?
When do the graphics start to curl and fail?
My gut feeling is that you’re dealing with a combination of issues. Here are just a few:
Too much ink on the media can cause it to distort and curl.
Fix: check your profiles to make sure they’re compatible with the media you’re using.
 Wrong media and laminate combo.
Fix: Use compatible materials; Cast media & cast laminate; Calandered medial & calandered laminate.
 Contaminates on surfaces.
Soap can contain lubricants that will affect adhesive performance. Don’t use it. Substrate surfaces can be contaminated with any number of things. Use appropriate cleaner to prep surface according to manufacturer’s specs.Good luck, Checkers

You laminated the print with soapy water??? (How in hell are you doing that :)). When you apply print to a flat surface first of all clean it well with avery cleaner (not expensive and clean great). If you are aplying print on a wet surface put all the water out first with soft squidge than with hard one, don`t miss ANY SPOT (put paper tape on edges in order to avoid damage on print). And most important is to treat the edges wit hot air gun and gently push it with soft squidge it "welds" surface with vinyl. All the best
