  • White garment vinyl and subimated garments

I do alot of shirt printing using garment vinyl. The problem I have is when I have to apply white. The colour from the garment ‘bleeds’ into the vinyl leaving it coloured not white. Any ideas?

In the July issue of Sign World there is an article about easymark from Victory design. They have a version called easymark opaque which they say is suitable for dark garments.

    Hi Baggy,
Xpres also do an Opaque White. It’s not 100% perfect but it’s certainly better than the regular white when printing onto multi coloured Motocross shirts.
It is ever so slightly thicker than the regular material mind you (so alittle more weight when layering)
    Cheers,
    Phil
