I have been looking for a solution for getting non-green black prints from my Roland 545 Max Ink Printer. I have the LC LM along with CMYK if that helps. I am also using Versaworks and printing on 3M 180C.
    Thanks,
    Ken

Are you printing Pantone Black, Pantone process Black, Pantone Hexachrome Black or 100C100M100Y100K?

All except the last option will print slight hues on the black if you are not calibrated correctly (even if you are calibrated it will sometimes print with a hue 🙄 )

On my 540sc, pantone black actually prints a very dark grey.

I always print the 100C100M etc but I think it uses more ink. Black is black tho.

    Hope that helps
