No, Zapf chancery is slightly different. Looks more like Apple chancery, it looks a bit bolder tho.
Sorry Tim, not got Apple chancery or I’d upload it!

Thanks John but I need the font as there is way 2 much text which I can garantee will be amended.

Love to know why my other message for Apple Chancery was pulled from the boards. After having the answer to my first post for font ID I had the answer so posted asking for that specific font. Is that wrong? Or do the goal posts keep moving here.

I don’t recall you last post Tim, but I have noticed some new members posting advertising etc at the end of others posts, and I know they have been pulled from what I understand.

I suppose it is only wrong if you are asking someone to upload a purchased font as a freebie.. maybe… only guessing here of course.

I must confess I asked the mods for the Sarah Script font request to be pulled as it is a legitament current letterheads font, and although the original member requesting it actually purchased the font, to his credit, on finding it was not free, 13 others didn’t.

I personally would not like UKSB’s to get a reputation as a font piracy site, and I’m guessing Rob wouldn’t want the grief associated with the reputation either.

Just my 2c’s of course. As I say, I don’t know the reasons behind your posts being deleted, but I wouldn’t read anything devious into it personally.

Just seems to me some get left and others don’t.

And back to the age old where do we draw the line about fonts and file swapping.

Tim,

I don’t suppose the moderators can watch everything all the time. Also they can’t be expected to know, off the top of their heads, what fonts are in the public domain and which aren’t. Therefore a certain amount of things are likely to slip through.

However, if their attention is drawn to something, like Shane and Sarah, then they are duty bound to do something about it.

I don’t know if that’s true, but it might go a long way to explaining why some get left and others don’t.

I do appreciatte the job they have to do John & realise some slip through and some don’t.

I just wish when a post is pulled some sort of auto message was sent.

Otherwise we all just assume our post is there hopefully doing us some good and solving a problem or such.

now I’m sorted thanks to you guys & alt. binaries fonts Newsgroup…..
