just made this up, measures 4ft wide, i didnt make the boards though (i wish !), simply used gold oracle 651, went on fine, seems to have lasted well on a smaller exterior version i did a while back, but this is the first big board of this type i’ve done.

btw, what instruction should i give with regards to cleaning it ? i suggested ‘tongue in cheek’ a feather duster, so as not to catch, or leave lint on the leter edges, i know the vinyl itself will be ok with polishes, but should i advise anything in particular ?
    cheers.
    Hugh

ps, trust me, everything is level and centred, took enough measuring !! my only crit is that the top ‘bexhil sea fishing club’ line, doesnt follow th top curve too well, i did use alot of kerning too, on the text, it is all level, but the different name letters make it look out, might do differently next time.

Good job mate. I hate doing honour boards.

As far as polishing, I tell them just spray a matt urethane coat over the board before signing. Then they just have to clean with soapy water.

Polishing is dangerous cos if they go overboard, it will cause problems when adding text next year or beyond.

    Just my 2c

Definitely no yellow dusters, fluff gets trapped underneath (done this a couple of times myself! 😳 )
