    hi folks looking for the above .Ive got a job coming up two 10ftx5ft dibond boards .the customer wants them in his pantone red …think its 1807 .Will the dibond suppliers do that ….or would i be able to flood coat with vinyl …or paint it …….answers on a postcard to 😀

    hi brian 😀

    looks like your gonna have to flood the boards…dont think dibonds supplied in pantone colours, the colours are pretty limited 😀

    hmm yeh nick iwas looking at robert hornes web site there …id be struggling to get vinyl that width ye ?

    Hi Brian,
    your best bet is to flood with vinyl that is if you can find a vinyl that matches your pantone colour. If you know someone with a laminator, bung them a tenner and get them to put the vinyl on the boards with the laminator and save yourself a lot of work, also wrap the vinyl round the edges it gives a better finish and stops the vinyl from peeling at the edges

    KPMF do k series vinyl 1520mm wide with a range of reds

    I would get your local bodyshop to spray it, excact match, and a nice finish. but cheaper still, you could even buy the paint from B&Q and use a roller to apply Cheap as chips, and apart from the drying time, almost as quick as flood coating…..
