    Bear with me…. 😀

We have many designs which we repeat print daily to send out on ebay, such as flowers, hearts etc.

The most time consuming part of this is , after we’ve taped up with app tape, is the cutting by hand of the shapes with scissors.

They end up looking…well hand cut.

Can anyone think of a way of cutting them out ( ive got a cookie cutter style image in my head ), without the expense of a die cutting machine?

Anyone else ever tried anything like this?

    Thanks

    Danny

Make templates out of 3mm foamex…I do it occasionally.

Stick the shape to the PVC, follow the edge & knife it out with a scalpel & there you go…template.

Use the SHAPE, not the hole to cut round.
