  hand carved signage: dunes lighthouse marker

  We call these "House Markers" or "Cottage Signs". This one is 18"x13"x2".
  All pine. The colors are 1Shot thinned to a consistency of a stain (this allows the grain of the wood to be visable), and cleared with 4 coats of spar urethane and 23k gold leaf. I curled the ribbon ends in to preserve a strong feel of the oval. (The ribbon is a separate piece and attached.) Hope you like it.
