    need some help please !

i quite enjoy the fact that i’ve learned a fair bit from here, and thought it would be nice to give something back, to that end i thought i would have a go at making a quick "how to vectorise a logo in coreldraw 12" demo,

so, just for fun i did one, took a few minutes or so to get the points across, but the video, taken on my camera at 30fps, is aprox 200mb, how can i compress this to make it a useable demo ? the camera takes it, or at least plays it as a quick time file,

any idea’s ? i’m sure this could help out a good few people, it’s pretty basic, but once people know this, the rest comes quite quickly !

    thanks.

    Hugh

    Hi hugh,

I would try recompressing it to either Mp4 or WMV formats, both will offer great video quality with minimal filesizes.

TMPGENc is good to re-sample video files with.

http://www.tmpgenc.net – evaluation copy downlaod will be enough to get started with 🙂

    hope that helps.
