  jaguar II & magnetic template

  hi folks..
  have been asked recently to supply some magnetic templates for a local skip hire firm. after accepting the job and proceeding to make the said magnetics i was wondering if there was an easier way to cut out the templates..

  at present i have used the cutter to cut some vinyl, i then apply the vinyl to the magnet and then cut the letters in the magnet by hand using the cut vinyl as a guide to where i should be cutting the magnet.

  after i cut a few letters this way (and got a few blisters in the process), i found that i didnt have to cut all the way through the vinyl, i could cut about half way through and the gently tear along the cut. that then got me thinking,"could the magnet be cut on me cutter??".or atleast be scored deep enough for me to tear out the letters??

  or if anyone else has any suggestions i would be most grateful as i’ve got quite a lot more to do and the thumbs are getting sore

  wont work in a plotter as the wheels won’t grip it tight enough.
  if you do a search on here you will find a demo for it that Rob did a while ago
