Hi, can anyone help me? I have just purchased a ProCut700 in the UK, same as the KCUT Pro Series B25. I have set it up and have cut using the bundled software (SignCut) and also SignGO and they both seem to be giving me the same problem – the cut seems very shaky, the supplier wasn’t very helpful and blamed me for expecting a lamborgini rather than a budget vinyl cutter. I cannot believe that this is the best that this cutter can offer – does anyone have any ideas how I can improve the quality of the cut, surely straight lines should be straight? I’m hoping that this is purely a setup problem, if you know where I might of gone wrong please email me, I would appreciate it very much.

    Hi Pete,

This might give you some ideas,

For the PCUT 630, the way to correct that problem is to lower the cutting speed.

for the pcut outputted through ArtCut, this can be done in two ways, by changing the default setting on the cutter to a lower setting, which reduces the cutting speed, or by changing the accuracy in the settings of the software program to a lower setting (cause thats the way ArtCut works, the higher 2 gives less accuracy).
