    hELP-

I currently own a jaguar 2 30" cutter, 1 year old- has gave me nothin but bother. this weekend i wasyed about 10metres of vinyl on it. it just threw the vinyl out as quick as it could when I loaded the vinyl in. now when I turn it on and size up the media, the blade flys to the left and smacks off the side. its got a mind of its own. il try grafityp in the morn.

If it only one year old, could you not get it fixed under warranty?
I certainly would be asking the supplier to fix it before trying to trade?

sounds like its not detectinga sensor, thats the head crashing bit i mean anyway. the spitting of the vinyl is a setting im sure.

Yeah, I agree with Robert….. I’ve had that happen before. Give the sensors a clean, I use a soft brush or the hoover!!!

Sorry for the late reply to this thread but I have been away until today.

Jaguar models carry a 2yr on-site warranty and the problem you are having could either be sensor error on a pinch roller or motor error.

As I don’t know what your company name is could you please contact myself so I can check to see if your Jaguar problem has been resolved.

    Thanks

    Nigel
