I have one of those 12,000 clip-art images books here at work. Almost every single one I open up has lines going through them and I have to manually go in and edit these if I want to use them for cut vinyl. Maybe they used something like this?

Hi Marek they had the artwork done by a sign company (notsure were) but he has brought me the artwork so i can put it onto his t-shirts i am not sure how to get rid of the lines as there is so many of them

I know this might sound totally mad but did you open or import the designs you were using?
Thanks Mike -
sorry
i ask for it to be emailed so i could take a look at it but had to pm as my post would have been deleted -
Richard you are the best thanks mate. Mike i imported it into winpcsign and also imported it into illustrator i thought it was the way i was exporting it from CS2 to illustrator 3 that was causing the problem but it seem not (winpcsign does not seem to see anything above 3)

Export Corel with AI can cause that like on O’s or B’s where there is shapes inside of another shape.
If thousands of lines then has come from a CAD software.
