    Un-install and re-load the program?
That’s about all the help I can give.

Hi chris. No you have’nt missed the point. But in the troop designer s/ware it has options in the production manager to add reg marks. When i click the box it should give a drop list for the type you want to select. Instead it says NONE. And when i print theres no marks present.

I have trawled through the job defaults, printer settings, etc highlighted everything concerning reg/crop marks but nowt is working. Its really bugging me chris as it must be something simple(maybe me).

Im hoping someone here who has troop/flexi can help me?

ah there are 2 reg mark sections 1 under cutting options + 1 under print mark options.

to rereg for cutting must be generated under cutting options.

hope of help got to go bye

Tried that option chris. Thats when i select the reg mark box and it says "none".

Its almost as if theres nothing that troop recognises.

For a quick fix can you add register marks manually into file prior to ripping.

Sorry, I wasn’t aware you required registration for alignment for cutting on plotter.

I was thinking more for trimming by hand.

the only way i can duplicate your problem is to have the wrong printer selected or if in cut only mode all marks are missing

Chris i have no marks present at all in production manager. I have no problem sending files to the printer for output / jobs. Just no marks present when i select the box.

I think i will ring b&p on tuesday. If they cant help ill try a re-boot. Hate doing that though. Makes me nervous 🙁 Thanks for your help chris

This one seems to have beaten me.

Hi chris. Sorry for the dely in replying, been a bit busy. I can produce crop marks, but not tried re-loading yet so I’ll let you knoe how i get on. You were right though, marks cannot be viewed through the software.

I spoke to b+p several times for advice but nowt off them. Ranted on about how many calls have not been returned. And 1hr 40mins later at 6PM!!!…….. I got a call taking me into the service menu to check marks and print/cut adjust. So hopefully all is right now. Thanks for your concern though chris. Cheers mate.
