Tyre tread vector
Hiya,
I’m hoping that someone could help me out with a tyre tread vector.
I have a client who is opening a tyre store and we’re doing a ute for him as part of the package. Being a racey kind of chap he fancies GT stripes down the bonnet, over the roof and tailgate. You know the sort of GT stripe idea.
I’ve seen a vector of a tread before but I cannot for the life of me find hide nor hair of it.
Shane Drew just printed me up a still of a tyre and mag wheel for the bonnet. It looks brilliant. I reckon some tread GT stripes will look the business.

Brian, Thanks for yours too although I can’t seem to import it into Corel for some reason. However, thanks for the thought! :lol1:
I don’t know whether I have a duff version of Corel 10, it’s a legit bought version, but I do find I have trouble impoting. I was up at Shane Drew’s a day or so ago, he printed some stuff up for me – looks a million dollars – we talked about another job I’ve got in the wings. The client had sent me a pdf. Should be fine, eh? I could not import it into Corel 10 so I took it up to Shane who had a look at it, imported it straight into Corel 12 and could manipulate everything (as it was vectored). I felt stupid, went home, told the wife she was stupid, and tried importing again. Same result. It says ‘File corrupted’.
Don’t know what’s going on.
Anyhow, I’ve hijacked my own thread it would seem.

hhhmm can’t import it into corel 12 either Brian. Says it is a signlab eps and imports as a blank file 🙁
I think that will test peters humour :lol1: :lol1:

I’ve saved as an ai, may help?
If I can find it, I’ll also load some tracks I designed for an off-road vehicle.
