Estate agents fluted board supplier?
Posted by coolinshot on 22 February 2006 at 10:30I am looking for a good (and cheap) supplier of fluted “corex” boards for screenprinting Estate Agents “for sale” signs. Either flat or welded T-Boards.
Any suggestions

Hi George – Yeh thanks for that – have used Amari before (along with others) – they’re not the cheapest around. I am looking for the most competitive supplier as our customers are always trying to trim the prices – (as if estate agents don’t make enough out of a house sale).

Europoint – 0141 427 6111
Possibly Cox/Robert Horne – 01236 617758 -
Thanks – anymore? – there must be more than 3 suppliers out there

Try Pyramid 0191 4877130. They are based in Newcastle, they supply it cut to size. Not sure how competitive they are but they have never let me down on delivery times.

Thanks for the suggestions:
George:- re Amari – I am not sure about their full sheet sizes but we find that their pre-cut 813mm x 610mm estate boards aren’t the cheapest available.
John: – thanks for the info on Pyramid I will give them a call – keep em coming boys and girlsCol

Hi Col, have you tried TWIN PLAST.CO.UK 01923 230191, I`ve not used them yet as you need to buy in BULK…a pallet at a time.

😮 £5.22 for 8×4 from amari……
I just bought 5 sheets of 8×4 4mm from them this morning in Bristol and I got charged £8 + vat per sheet.
Maybe Amari have different prices at different branches but I don’t buy fron them as they’re too expensive here ( only for things I need urgently as they have it in stock).
Europoint are good on prices for corex though.
Cheers
Joe
