problem cutting

hi folks 😀

i have a problem with my cadet, the cutcontour path cannot be recognised by the rip, im using adobe ill. to outline the cut, but doesnt show up. has anyone else has the same problem 😕

Nik, all i know is that when sending the file over from coreldraw i have to put an outline around the job say magenta and actually call it CUTPATH i dont know if this helps???

thanks george….thats what i was doing, before the rip decided not to work… 😕 anyway the guy who installed my machine phoned me today from b&p, so thats it cutting, something obviously wasnt ticked in the set-up menu 😳 so ive just got to get the thing cutting after laminating now 😀 top marks again to the uniform guys 😉
