Penelope Pitstop vector
Hi all
Had a customer request a graphic of Penelope Pitstop for the bonnet of her car. Not having much look finding a decent image on the web to use, but will keep looking. In the meantime just wanted to see if anyone else had had such a request and was willing to share an .eps of it? To be honest I’d never heard of the character, obviously showing my age!

LOL sorry Shane, seems she was for the children of the 70’s, I was a child of the 80’s, more your Thundercats, He-Man and She-rah! I actually thought I was She-Rah, Princess Of Power when I was about 5, and had a very fetching hand knitted jumper with her on the front of it, knitted by my grandma , amongst my costumes!!
Anywho, have checked botw already, and no joy!

Shane, there’s probably hundreds of pic’s, you know what parents are like when you’re little, everytime you turn around someone’s got a camera pointed at you! At least I had the decency to smile on most of them, my little sister learnt very early on not to smile for pic’s, even on her christening photo she has a face like a smacked *r*e! just couldn’t get a smile out of her no matter what they tried!

Andy, what did you do this in? I mean, I see a good use of bevelled/shadowed shapes there… is that Illustrator in use? Not sure if Corel has that one.

nothing special.. redrawn in Signlab for the ai file,
and just added some effects in photoshop for the jpg to give some depth incase K+D are going to print image.cheers for the wee image Dave :thumbsup:

lol Kate and Shane, i was (i guess) a late 70’s e thru to late 80’s kid with regards kids tv,
i have about 150 tv themes, jostly kids tv on mp3 files, you’lll have to pm me an email if ya want me to email ya something !! heman ?? button moon ? magic roundabout ? bagpuss ? flumps (wow !!) dangermouse, mysterius cities of gold ? chorlton and the wheelies ? terorhawks ? lol, way to many to list !

Hugh – will email you this afternoon, an mp3 of He-Man would be great! Not Button Moon though, when I was little I’d cry everytime I heard the theme tune! No idea why, guess it sounds a bit sad or something! Dunno how my parents put up with me sometimes!! 20 years on and it might still bring a tear to my eye!
