hey oop, been a while since posting cos 90% of what i’m doing right now is mail order !

this is for the card shop i deal with on a regular basis now (i must be doing something right !).

they supply the image and fonts, i redraw anything required, such as the chocs on this page, and make it !

if all customers were this good i’d be a happy bunny !

    ok, all 651 on a 4mm correx board, 600x900mm,

originally to be three colours of brown, but plumped for the one in the end, saving money and time,

the text in red fits with the text on the main signs and window text etc,

not my design so only makers crits !!!

Nice Hugh, the chocs turned out well. I take it its for internal use?

    Cheers

i know what ya mean shane ! i have to drop it off later so i might insist on a free sample to be sure i’m not helping advertise something as ‘luxury’ that might not be !

goes outside Dave, during the day at least, he has a permanent A board which he velcro’s on the ‘new’ boards, changing them as and when i needs too for promotions etc,

Is the chocolate for internal use?
Tell the person who designed it that I said you are not supposed to mix formal and casual fonts on the same sign. 😉

    cheers lynn !

i cant really take credit for the design though, i just made it from a drawing that was emailed to me, i guess i’ll accept a hearty pat on the back for drawing the chocolates though (orignally with three browns so three layers ! )

btw, dont think i mentioned this, the 3×2 was flooded with brown, then the white layer with bits weeded out, then the black overlaid, then red, had to do it that way cos my cutter only 580 max on a 610 width !

Hugh, you could have done the border in two bits on the white board
and saved yourself th white vinyl.

i could have Pete, i know, initially i was just cutting out the centre of the brown, but it was near impossible to get it to cut in the middle of the width, so by flooding it i eliminated any probs with trying to get it lined up with the edges !
