  Replacing a sign in a panatrim frame.

  I have a customer who wants a sign replacing in his panatrim frame. What’s the correct way to measure the substrate without removing it from the frame to give me the true size.

  Nathan, I would suggest removing one end from the frame. there are a few variations, and you will need to know if the hanging strip is front or back. generally speaking, outside size -20mm is correct. but check for yourself to be certain
