    Looking good Brian

How did you attach the raised letters to the facia

How did you find cutting out all the letters and cleaning them up

Did you paint the edges of the letters

    more soon

hi Paul just used 3m double sided there flush with the board. As i said i don’t know if i would do it again ..a lot of time rubbing the letters down before spraying .I used gold car paint it looked OK …customer was delighted but I’m always a bit self critical

Yeh, I did the same on the Boslowick sign

    http://www.uksignboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=16418

Cut letters with jigsaw, lots of sanding, faced with vinyl and sprayed the edges with plasticote paint.

not sure I would go through it all again, bit labour intensive

but as it was myfirst time with flat cut letters I wanted to do it all myself

very satisfying but I think I would source the letters in the future

Looks good though brian and as long as you made the client happy and made yourself richer it’s all good

    cheers

I put the vinyl on afterwards Brian, then trimmed the vinyl with a stanley knife.
