  • Flood Coating A Large Substrate…

I need to flood coat a 61″ x 61″ piece of white Alucolour to cream. As I can’t get the substrate in this colour or vinyl in this width I presume I will have to use 2 pieces of vinyl, is there anything I need to be aware of when doing this? Is this generally acceptable to the customer?

    Thanks

Alupanel available from pyramid on 0161 872 5666 is available in 1500mm x 3050 and comes in ivory colour (pale cream). I think you would be better off with this tahn putting a joint in vinyl on a panel

You could get your alucolour powder coated to the colour you want.

A bit of an expensive way of doing it perhaps, but the quality of the job will be there.

Maybe give your client the option?

Thanks for all the suggestions – Just popped down to Pyramid for some swatches and they have an Ivory which will do the job.
