eps file?
Hi all..
My customer has sent me an eps file of a logo..which i thought would be ok to open..I use Vinyl master pro software..one wouldn’t open(again)
and the other just had loads of lines..is this because it’s not a true vector file.and if so what is the bet way to convert it..

Is it emailable?
If so I would be happy to try to open it and save down as a .ai or something you might have more joy with.

Hi John,
I have had this happen before, what I have done in the past is open the file in Corel draw and save it again as an EPS file.
Go back to the cutter software and load the newly made file and this seems to clear the problem.
Don’t know why this happens, but it has helped me in the past, hope this helps.

Thanks for your replies..
Ive tried opening in corel etc and saving as suggested but no such luck.
cust has sent a tiff file which i can open, although needs cleaning up alot..
don’t think i can pm, unless i upgrade my account etc..decided to let vectorwise have alook at it, as I think it’s going to be one of those ruch jobs..cheers
