  Problem with final colour on mug prints?

  I’m starting printing mugs using CIS. I have a Epson R200 and the final result in the mugs are with a lot of green. I’m using a ICC profile. What do you think that the problem is?

  What software are you using?

  I had a problem with my epson 1290, but it was due to the import/export profile.

  basic, and i am sure you have checked.

  Make sure your logo etc is in CMYK and not RGB.
