wording for a warning sign

I have a client who is after some warning signs to stick on sliding glass doors warning people that there is a balcony outside.
Anyone got any ideas on the appropriate wording?

sorry billy, that was my fault for starting that. i killed your thread mate.. 😕 😳

i do think the obvious is sometimes the best route though. use the appropriote safety colours/logo for a warning sign. then the text.
