Sounds easy enough to sketch on white vynull and cut it by hand.

Some time ago, I used this one http://www.renaelindgrenproducts.com/im … igSnow.jpg
You will get some feel for it from that Photo.
All my borders are on CD, If I can help anymore, Graham

ive created loads of snowy windows for shops and supermarket counters
The way Ive done it is cut vinyl into strips about 4 or 5 inches deep and about the width of your outstreched arms
lay on the workbench or tape to the wall then through the middle of each
strip cut a wavy line,by hand vary the waves but cut generally through the middleThen with some pale blue in an airbrush spray lightly along your cut line the full width varying the width of the spray and intensity
dust some more wavy lines with the airbrush in other parts of the strip but not off the edgeswhen you turn up on site apply the flat edge to the bottom of the window and work your way along applying the strips
you might need to trim where the joins meet with a knife so the waves flow into each otherIf you have understood this then you will be really surprised by the effect
Iill see if ive got any old pics to show
Terry
