I asked for that didn’t I Lynn. Well it is friday and it is POETS day.

In my safety sign book it just says danger deep water if that’s any help!

Showed the customer that but he feels that there is something out there better worded. Think i’ll go with Lyns suggestion, at least it will give the grieving Mother of the child just drowned something to smile at 😀

OUCH Lynn !!!!!!

‘Safe—No Danger Here’
The children will think its boring and find somewhere more dangerous to play! :lol1:

As best I am aware, you have to have the official black/red danger sign, then the words deep water, and the estimated depth in both feet and metres.
It is basically to cover the client for litigation, so it has to be as informative as possible, but in the international style.
hope that makes sense. 🙄

Was going to upld something for you, but can’t upld in this area (51)
not sure if the wording would apply
but I made a sign for a community once to keep children from playing in
the detention basin when it filled with water.
This was the wording we used on refl. AL:KEEP OUT (reverse weed, black)
NO PLAYING (BOLD)
IN OR NEAR
DETENTION BASIN
AT ANY TIME (BOLD) -
NOT RESPONSIBLE
For Drowned Rug Rats Due to
DEEP WATER IN POND -
Thanks all for your input. Customer has told me he is thinking of putting a fence round the bloody thing now and doesn’t need a ruddy sign 👿
