Here’s a small graphic I did for some glider enthusiasts…I know it’s not an arctic but it’s a start! There are about 30 of these driving around Hampshire at the moment. I did produce a large one of this around 120 cms long on the Craft Rob (in two bits)!

    Thanks Brian,
I see your a traditional sign writer from the old school, I went to art college back in the late sixty’s when the only vinyl available was in a Ford Prefect!

Thanks Andrew, I keep getting asked for the decal when people see it but never really know what to charge for it! So I keep a stack in the car just in case!

To be honest with you folks my other business is slowly but surely going down the the proverbial pan and I really need to diversify hence the new venture and I have to say for the first time in years I actually feel excited about something. I don’t pretend to be a signy or expect to be one (can’t really wrap a van with a craft robo) but it’s great to have the ole creative hormones stimulated again after years of dormancy. As they say on ebay thanks for looking!

Very smart Paul, well done. Did you draw that from scratch/drawing or did you have a file in some software?

    Excellent bit of simple work

    Cheers

Got a good friend who’s an instructor at Lee-On-Solent, he is also a tuggy and much prefers to do the tugging (no innuendo intended). I got close to going solo last year but took up model gliding instead, just as expensive but less painful if you crash!

sorry you did not solo. as you understand gliding i am CFI of devon & somerset (north hill) and would love some extra time to fly models again i used to fly a lot of quarter scale gliders but then got in to a real one and that was it.

the loft was called toys r us by the misses cant think why

I can see this post going on and on Chris…I bought a 3.5 meter ASW 24 and I am more nervous getting that back on the ground in one piece than the real thing. My instructors wouldn’t say that though, used to fog up the canopy with pure fear!
