  VersaWorks on a SC 540ex

  Can i use VersaWorks on a SC 540 ex?
  VW cant “find” the sc540, can I upgrade the firmware in the printer so it can “see” the printer?

  as i understand it you have to have a sc545 to run versaworks

  why ?

  No i have a SC 540 on Colorrip and a SP 300V, so i would like to use both machines on the VersaWorks instead of using two rips.

  roland told me that versaworks is not designed to run my sc540ex. i inquired because of the new rip thinking that colour rip would not be supported in the future.
