    Hi all

    Do any of you think there would be any copyright issues if we used the attached logo to promote a company called PassBusters.

    Any thoughts?

    if thats something you have drawn, it gives the impression of the films but isn’t the films as it is a Ghost with a Stop-type sign thru it

    I would say thats against the copy right of the film.. a quick glimps and it looks like their logo?? but who knows

    I was hoping it would have been sufficiently different but it’s a sticky subject, that is why I posted it up here to see what the general concensus is.

    I think you will be ok……Otherwise surely we will get to a point where we can’t design anything anymore…….ooooooo woooopppppsssss I designed a chair with 4 legs…..

    and I’m sure I have seen similar sort of design used by a few companies.

    But then again we are becoming a litigation society………

    Well the client is over the moon with the design and has bought it so I’m happy.
