    We’ve used http://www.onestoppromotions.co.uk before – the Northampton branch.

    We’ve had 3 or 4 8′ x 4′ ones with a sewn on design from them for various customers.

    We had some ’embroidered’ flags made a few years ago but the problem with them was that the weight of the material, because it was all sewn on, made the flag hang limply 😳 unless there was a good strong wind blowing.

    If you want something to ‘flutter in the breeze’, I’d go for a printed design rather than embroidered.
