Sorry, cannot reply to your posting in that forum.
The kind of board in your picture is a ‘Letterboard’. Usually supplied by office furniture companies and stationers.
The actual type with open closed on I have not seen, but if you google ‘Nobo’, ‘Sasco’, ‘Acco’ or ‘Letterboards’ you should get some suppliers.

Variatex or something similar, certainly the grooved bit were the plastic letters push onto.
