  Any one know of a supplier for photo luminous vinyl for cutting??

  KPMF , 3M, Mactac, and Jalite also do versions of photoluminescent. It depends on what customer specification is required , how much luminance there is after 10 or 60 minutes.

  It will also matter if you are going print onto it, some are not as receptive to eco solvent inks as others.
