looks great mate… is it all printed or has printed banner vnyl been applied?
-
Hi Rob,
They are all printed. These were too large for us to print so had to buy them in, the smaller ones we produce in house using the Cadet1400.
The company we used were excellent. sent artwork Monday morning, banners arrived wednesday morning.
Cheers

Well impressive Ian, did you do the layout or did they provide everything sorted for you to print? What is on the top and bottom edge?
Love them

nice banners ! was wondering what to do if i get asked for em that big.
btw, i think i just figured why you is called Higgi ! my lad recokns you look like jimmy white, who played snooker with alex higgins, so i figure someone thuoght it funny to call you higgi,
either that or it’s your name 😳

Hi,
Hugh.. My name is Higgins …thats why I use Higgi…29 is my old racing number.. not my age 🙁I have been called worse things than a Jimmy White look a like 😳
Rob.. the banners are all in one heavy duty hemmed and eyeletted every 10″ for one of these annoying roadside trailers…
Someone is making a few quid with those trailers £200 per week to hang 2 banners on!!!!!
I reckon planning will be having a clampdown soon!
Cheers

thanks for that mate… and yes i agree… shouldnt be allowed, but what the hell your gonna make a bit of money from it now? :lol1: :lol1: :lol1:
once they stop ordering, write and complaign about them 😉 :lol1: -
no offence meant there Ian !!! i’m sure it’s only the photo that looks like jimmy !
i know what ya mean about planning for those trailers though, a pal of mine, for his own reasons, puts up 8×4’s on a tractor trailer from time to time to advertise various things he or his wife are involved in, a few months back he was advertising about 100yrds off the EXIT of a big local roundabout when the council told him to move it cos he didnt have planning (on his own land !), he argued that it was for a local event, that it was his land, and that the trailer was only parked there temporarily, well they got the hump and flew thru some kind of injunction, moaning about road safety or something, so he moved it to another field (about 20ft further down, and over a hedge) and they had to go thru the process again, cos it was a different field,
the irony is, that whilst this went on, the event took place and the trailer had been gone a week before the letter demanding removal arrived !!
