  Applying vinyl to Car screen Heater bars?

  Hi

  Is there any special considerations that need to be taken when removing and re applying vinyl to the inside of a car rear window which has heater bars?
  1. Are the bars in the glass or over it?
  2. Will the heat effect the vinyl
  3. When removing old vinyl can i use a blade or will it damage the heater bars.

  modern glass, the heater wire is under or in the glass
  the heat will not have any affect.
  Use a blade to lift the corner of the vinyl, then pull off.
  a blade will not damage the heater elements, but using as scraper is not necasary
