  Coated fabric suppliers

  Hi

  I’m looking for some alternative suppliers of coated fabrics for printing with pigmented UV inks, media needs to be 50″ wide as the prints are to be 48″.

  I do have a supplier but he has to order the material specially for me because of the width and it takes ages and a customer has come on wanting something next week. 🙁

  The material I use at the moment is Inktec Hi res banner fabric, Andersons stock a similar material but it’s twice the price so not too happy with that.

  So any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
  Just thought, I’d better tell you what it’s for…. Bus destination blinds, the fabric looks more original on old vintage buses than Tyvec.

  Hi Steve,

  We buy all our coated pvc from Lows of Dundee – 01382 229251 (ask for Scot Sutherland).

  For general banners for vinyl we used PE560 – comes in various colours, can’t remember code for digital stuff but they certainly know their stuff.
