  Hanging banner wall/post fixings?

  does ayone know of a good company who supply the flag post fixings which can be fixed to a building and then a banner can hang down to the ground?

  The banner will be approx 2ft wide to hang and 8 ft to the ground.

  Hope this makes sense.
