Yeah it was printed here on our Cadet. We had a bit of a nightmare with the cutting, it kept cutting the outline and leaving white vinyl showing through. I ended up having to draw round the entire lot leaving 2-3 mm of colour outside the cutline. Oh well at least its out of the way and a few lessons have been learnt.

Get whoever you bought the Cadet from (if a supplier) to get their AR”E to you and set it up properly.
IF
You get this in small letters as well, Is the registration to one side or above or below any text etc you want to cut.
Draw a small square say 20 mm and repeat it across the width of your vinyl 5 or 6 times and get it to print and cut check the cut lines if they do not touch the edges it needs setting.
I had a problem with this and no matter what I did it would not adjust in the alignment set up did absolutely nothing.
Eventualy I read an article on the roland website saying that it had to be done in SERVICE MODE. Now you will not find any info as far as i know how to get into it as the suppliers do not like you going in there as you can kill the machine if you adjust the wrong settings.
I managed to persuade the service tech to get some one to speak me through it (from another company actually) as he didn’t know how to do it himself.
I was spoken through the procedure and adjustments were made but it’s still not perfect the PC600 knocks spots off it for this.
I was told this was a one off probably because I created such a din and wasn’t going to pay for someone to come fix it especially after a new instal of the cutter.So speak to your supplier I still have a few bones to pick with my one and shortly if I don’t get satisfaction you will read all about it on here as I am sick fed up asking for some things to be put right and getting no response or ok I’ll get em sent up and nothing being done.
